New Schedule Takes Effect Mon. 8/31

  • “Ground Zero” on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Sundays. Our popular beginner-friendly “Foundations” course has been re-named “Ground Zero,” as we build your foundational grappling skills from the ground up. Ground Zero will now take place and Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:00-7:00pm, and continue on Sundays at 1:00-2:00pm.

  • Welcome to Fight Club. Want to learn how to fight? We are introducing a NEW “Fight Club” course that is designed to help beginners understand the basics of striking and MMA. In this course you will learn how to throw a punch, how to keep yourself safe from punches (when you’re standing and on the ground), what to do when you’re pinned against a wall, and how to integrate your grappling and striking skills in a fight.

Fight Club will take place on Tuesdays at 6:00-7:00pm. If you’ve never tried one of our Striking or MMA classes before, your first session of Fight Club is free.

This course is a pre-requisite for Advanced MMA, which will begin in 2027.

SPACE IS LIMITED. We are enrolling a maximum of 14 students in Fight Club. Reserve your spot or make an appointment to try it out as soon as possible.

  • NEW Women’s Bugeisha Club. A weekly class for women who want to learn how to fight. First session takes place on Thursday, September 3rd at 6:00-7:00pm. Learn more and register here.
