Beginner Blueprint

Private Lessons for Complete Beginners

Want to learn Jiu Jitsu, but worried about…

  • Being the only new person in the room, when everyone else already knows what they are doing

  • Feeling lost, out of shape, and unable to keep up with the rest of the class

  • Getting used as a “punching bag” by the more experienced students

  • Being thrown into sparring and then getting injured, or accidentally injuring someone else

  • Sitting out on the sidelines because no one wants to work with a beginner

  • Wasting your time trying to learn moves that don’t make sense to you yet

You need the beginner blueprint.

Designed for complete beginners

As a complete beginner, your needs are different from everyone else. The Beginner Blueprint is specifically designed to meet you where you are at. We’ll answer all your questions — what is Brazilian Jiu Jitsu? What are you supposed to do from each position? How do you do it safely, without getting hurt?

You’ll get a clear understanding of the big picture, and begin working on the foundational skills you need to get started.

Progress at your own pace

It’s intimidating to step into a group class. It feels like everyone else already knows what they are doing, and you’re the only one struggling to keep up. That’s why the Beginner Blueprint Program is delivered through one-on-one private lessons.

You can ask “newbie” questions, learn at your pace, and receive guidance and support every step of the way.

Feel safe in expert hands

One of the most common beginner concerns is the fear of getting hurt by another student. With the Beginner Blueprint Program, you’ll be practicing with the instructor — the safest, most experienced training partner you could possibly have.

You’ll get the benefit of receiving immediate, expert feedback every lesson with minimal risk of injury.
